These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website f12bet-casino-ca.com (the "Site"), operated under the brand f12-bet-casino. Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements

In several Canadian provinces and territories, this legal age is 19; where the local law sets a higher age than 18, that higher age applies.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate terms: Bonuses and promotions are governed by these general Bonus Terms and any specific rules presented with each promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion rules prevail.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

Combining Promotions and Bonus Priority
- Non-cumulative offers: Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. You may only have one active wagering Bonus at a time. Attempts to stack multiple Bonuses may result in cancellation of one or more offers.
- Funds priority: When both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are available, Real Money Balance is usually staked first, followed by Bonus Funds, unless otherwise specified in the promotion rules or in the Site's help section.

Consequences and Treatment of Funds
- Notification: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will notify you by email of any suspension or closure, outlining the main reasons for the decision, except where legal or security considerations prevent such disclosure.
- Remaining balances: Upon closure of your Account (whether initiated by you or the Operator), your remaining Real Money Balance, after deduction of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or confiscations permitted under these Terms or required by law, will generally be returned to you using a suitable payment method. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: These Terms, your use of the Site, and any disputes arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your Canadian province or territory of residence that may provide additional rights.
- Primary jurisdiction: Subject to the paragraph below, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
- Canadian consumer rights: If you are a resident of Canada, you may have the right under mandatory local laws to bring certain disputes before the courts or tribunals of your province or territory of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any such non-waivable right.
- Dispute resolution process: Before initiating formal proceedings, you should first submit your complaint to the Operator's customer support. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to management as described in the Site's complaints procedure. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Regulator, Antillephone N.V., including via the complaint email certria@gaminglicences.com, or through the contact form on the Regulator's website.
- Ontario and local licensing note: f12-bet-casino does not hold any Canadian provincial gaming licence, including from the AGCO in Ontario. As a result, Players do not benefit from Canadian provincial regulatory protections, and disputes are not overseen by Canadian regulators but by the Curaçao Regulator identified above.
